The cellars house approximately 2 million bottles of wine, with the oldest dating back to 1969. The underground labyrinth is divided into various "streets" named after different types of wine, such as Cabernet, Aligote, and Feteasca.

The cellars maintain a constant temperature of 12–14 °C and a humidity level of 85–95%, which are ideal conditions for the storage and maturation of wine. Visitors can explore the cellars by car or on foot, guided through the dimly lit tunnels lined with oak barrels and bottles.
