History
The Macau Red Cross was established in 1999, the same year Macau was handed over from Portugal to China. Since its inception, the MRC has been actively involved in various humanitarian activities, including disaster response, health services, and community support.

The primary mission of the Macau Red Cross is to alleviate human suffering, protect life and health, and uphold human dignity, especially during emergencies and disasters.
