John R. Oishei Children's Hospital is a pediatric acute care hospital located in Buffalo, New York. The hospital has 185 beds and is affiliated with the University at Buffalo. It is a part of the Kaleida Health system and provides comprehensive pediatric specialties and subspecialties to infants, children, teens, and young adults aged 0–21 throughout Western New York.

The hospital was founded in 2017, replacing the Women & Children's Hospital of Buffalo. It was named after John R. Oishei, a prominent local philanthropist and founder of the Oishei Foundation.
Facilities[edit]
John R. Oishei Children's Hospital is equipped with a Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), which is the highest level of care available for newborns. The hospital also features a pediatric intensive care unit (PICU), a pediatric emergency department, and a wide range of pediatric surgical services.
