Haverford College, Pennsylvania

Haverford College is a private liberal arts college located in Haverford, Pennsylvania. It was founded in 1833 by members of the Quakers, and is one of the oldest institutions of higher education in the United States.

Haverford College was established in 1833 by Quakers from Philadelphia. The college was initially an all-male institution, but began admitting female students in 1980. The college is known for its rigorous academic programs, commitment to social responsibility, and close-knit community.
