Favre–Racouchot syndrome

Favre–Racouchot syndrome, also known as nodular cutaneous elastosis with cysts and comedones, is a skin condition characterized by the presence of multiple comedones (blackheads and whiteheads) and cysts on the face, particularly in areas exposed to the sun.
