East African Breweries Limited (EABL) is a public company based in Nairobi, Kenya. It is one of the largest alcoholic beverage companies in East Africa. EABL was founded in 1922 by George Hurst and has since grown to become a leading player in the industry.

EABL has a rich history that dates back to its establishment in 1922. The company started as a small brewery in Nairobi, producing a limited range of beers. Over the years, it expanded its product portfolio and acquired several other breweries in the region. In 1935, EABL became a public company and was listed on the Nairobi Stock Exchange.

EABL offers a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Its flagship brand is Tusker Beer, which is a popular lager in East Africa. Other beer brands produced by EABL include Tusker Malt Lager, Pilsner Lager, and White Cap Lager. The company also produces a variety of spirits, including Kenya Cane, Smirnoff Vodka, and Johnnie Walker.

In addition to alcoholic beverages, EABL also produces non-alcoholic drinks such as sodas, bottled water, and fruit juices. Some of its popular non-alcoholic brands include Coca-Cola, Sprite, and Minute Maid.
