Clifton T. Perkins Hospital Center

Clifton T. Perkins Hospital Center is a psychiatric hospital located in Jessup, Maryland, United States. It is managed by the Maryland Department of Health and is one of the oldest state-run mental health facilities in Maryland.

History

The hospital was established in 1959 and was named after Dr. Clifton T. Perkins, a prominent psychiatrist and former superintendent of Springfield State Hospital.
