Barnsley Hospital is an NHS hospital located in Barnsley, South Yorkshire, England. It is managed by the Barnsley Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.

The hospital was established in 1978, replacing several older hospitals in the area. It was officially opened by Queen Elizabeth II in 1983. The hospital has undergone several expansions and renovations over the years, including the addition of a new emergency department in 2005 and a stroke unit in 2010.
