In general, anesthesiologists provide general anesthesia, but they may also provide twilight anesthesia, local anesthesia, topical anesthesia, and procedures like intercostal nerve block, neuraxial blockade, spinal anesthesia, epidural, dental anesthesia using inferior alveolar nerve block.
