The Taxi chocolate bar was first produced by Mackintosh's in the 1930s. In 1988, Mackintosh's was acquired by Nestle, who continued to produce the Taxi bar.

The Taxi bar is a combination of milk chocolate, caramel, nougat, and crisped rice. This unique combination of ingredients gives the Taxi bar its distinctive taste and texture.
