Northern Norway Regional Health Authority

It is responsible for providing specialized healthcare services to the population of Northern Norway, which includes the counties of Finnmark, Troms, and Nordland. The authority is headquartered in Bodø.

The Northern Norway Regional Health Authority was established in 2002 as part of the national health reform in Norway, which aimed to improve the efficiency and quality of healthcare services by decentralizing the management of hospitals and other healthcare institutions.
