New World Pasta is a leading dry pasta manufacturer in North America. The company was established in 1999 when the Pennsylvania based company, the Hershey Company's pasta business, was sold to a private equity group. New World Pasta headquarters are located in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

New World Pasta was formed in 1999 when the Hershey Foods Corporation sold its pasta business. The company initially struggled financially, filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in 2004. However, it emerged from bankruptcy in 2006 and has since become a leading pasta manufacturer in North America.

Products[edit]

New World Pasta produces a variety of pasta products under several brand names including Ronzoni, Creamette, American Beauty, San Giorgio, Prince, and Skinner. The company also produces gluten-free pasta and whole grain pasta options.
