Clinical Applications[edit]

While MY-5445 showed promise in preclinical studies, it has not been widely adopted in clinical practice. This is primarily due to the development of other PDE5 inhibitors, such as sildenafil (Viagra), which have proven to be more effective and have a better safety profile.
