Hypotrichosis - (pronounced) (HY-poh-trih-KOH-sis) A rare condition in which there is little or no hair growth on the head, including the brows over the eyes and the rim of the eyelids, or others Areas of the body where hair normally grows is present. The hair on the affected areas usually stays short and is dry and rough. It can also be tightly curled, lighter in color, and break easily. Hypotrichosis is usually congenital (present at birth) and is associated with several different genetic syndromes
