Good Samaritan Hospital (Suffern) is a non-profit, 286-bed hospital located in Suffern, New York. It is a member of the Westchester Medical Center Health Network (WMCHealth).
History
The hospital was founded in 1902 by the Sisters of Charity of Saint Elizabeth. It was originally a 25-bed facility, but has since grown to a 286-bed facility.
Services
Good Samaritan Hospital provides a range of medical services, including cardiology, oncology, orthopedics, radiology, surgery, and women's health. It also offers specialized services such as bariatric surgery, neonatal intensive care, and stroke care.
Affiliations
The hospital is affiliated with New York Medical College and Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine. It also has a partnership with Bon Secours Charity Health System.
