Corson County is a county located in the state of South Dakota, United States. As of the 2020 census, the population was 3,902. Its county seat is McIntosh. The county was created in 1909 and named for Dighton Corson, a prominent South Dakota judge.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the county has a total area of 2,529 square miles (6,550 km²), of which 2,470 square miles (6,400 km²) is land and 59 square miles (150 km²) (2.3%) is water.
