Chitwan Medical College (CMC) is a renowned institution in the field of medical education and services in Nepal. It is located in Bharatpur, Chitwan, a city in the central-southern part of Nepal. The college was established in 2006 and has been providing quality education and healthcare services since then.

History

Chitwan Medical College was established in 2006 with the aim of providing quality medical education in the country. The college was founded by a group of visionary Nepalese entrepreneurs and medical professionals who were passionate about improving the healthcare sector in Nepal.

Infrastructure

The college has a well-equipped infrastructure with modern facilities. The campus includes lecture halls, laboratories, a library, hostels, and a hospital. The hospital associated with the college, Chitwan Medical College Teaching Hospital (CMCTH), is a 600-bedded tertiary care hospital.

Chitwan Medical College offers undergraduate and postgraduate programs in medicine and nursing. The college is affiliated with the Tribhuvan University and is recognized by the Nepal Medical Council. The college follows the curriculum prescribed by the university and the council.
