Centro Ann Sullivan del Perú
Centro Ann Sullivan del Perú (CASP) is a non-profit organization based in Lima, Peru, dedicated to the education and development of individuals with developmental disabilities. The center was founded in 1979 by Dr. Liliana Mayo, a renowned psychologist and educator.
History
The Centro Ann Sullivan del Perú was established to provide comprehensive educational programs for children and adults with developmental disabilities, including autism, Down syndrome, and cerebral palsy. The center was named in honor of Anne Sullivan, the teacher and lifelong companion of Helen Keller, who was instrumental in Keller's education and development.
