Cancer Research UK
Cancer Research UK is a prominent cancer research and awareness charity in the United Kingdom, dedicated to understanding, preventing, and treating cancer. Cancer Research UK was formed on 4 February 2002 through the merger of The Cancer Research Campaign and the Imperial Cancer Research Fund. Both organizations had a long history of funding cancer research and supporting cancer patients in the UK.

Cancer Research UK funds research into the biology and causes of cancer, developing new treatments and improving existing ones, and understanding how to prevent cancer.
