BJU International is a monthly peer-reviewed medical journal that was established in 1929. It covers research in the field of urology. The journal is published by Wiley-Blackwell on behalf of the British Association of Urological Surgeons, which owns the journal. The editor-in-chief is Prokar Dasgupta (King's College Hospital, London).

The journal was established in 1929 as the British Journal of Urology, obtaining its current name in 1999. The name change was a reflection of the journal's increasingly international authorship and readership.

The journal publishes original articles, review articles, and clinical trials. The content covers a wide range of urological conditions, including prostate cancer, kidney disease, and urinary incontinence.
