Almecillin is a beta-lactam antibiotic belonging to the penicillin class of antibiotics. It is used to treat a variety of bacterial infections by inhibiting the synthesis of bacterial cell walls. Mechanism of Action

Almecillin works by interfering with the synthesis of the peptidoglycan layer of bacterial cell walls.
