AirPods are a line of wireless Bluetooth earbuds created by Apple Inc.. They were first released on December 13, 2016. AirPods are designed to work seamlessly with other Apple products, providing a wireless audio experience.
History[edit]
AirPods were announced alongside the iPhone 7 on September 7, 2016. They were initially scheduled for release in October 2016, but were delayed and eventually released in December 2016. The second generation of AirPods was released in March 2019, featuring an updated H1 chip, which improved connectivity and battery life.
Design[edit]
AirPods have a minimalist design, with each earbud containing a microphone, a battery, and a small speaker. They are designed to fit comfortably in the ear and come with a charging case that provides additional battery life. The charging case can be charged using a Lightning connector or wirelessly with compatible charging mats.

AirPods offer a range of features, including:
