AZD-1981
AZD-1981 is a pharmaceutical compound that has been investigated for its potential therapeutic effects in the treatment of inflammatory diseases. It is classified as a selective antagonist of the chemoattractant receptor-homologous molecule expressed on Th2 cells (CRTh2), also known as the prostaglandin D2 receptor 2 (DP2). Mechanism of Action
AZD-1981 functions by selectively blocking the CRTh2 receptor, thereby inhibiting the action of prostaglandin D2 (PGD2). Clinical Development
