Methyl isopropyl ketone (MIK) is an organic compound with the formula C4H8O. It is a colorless liquid with a sharp, sweet odor reminiscent of acetone. MIK is used as a solvent in various industrial applications due to its ability to dissolve a wide range of chemical substances.
