SL-75102 is a synthetic drug that belongs to the benzodiazepine class of medications. It is primarily used in the treatment of anxiety disorders, insomnia, and seizure disorders. SL-75102 is known for its anxiolytic, hypnotic, anticonvulsant, and muscle relaxant properties.

Pharmacology[edit]

SL-75102 works by enhancing the effect of the neurotransmitter gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) in the brain. GABA is an inhibitory neurotransmitter that reduces neuronal excitability. By increasing the effects of GABA, SL-75102 helps to calm the nervous system and reduce symptoms of anxiety and insomnia.

  • Seizure disorders: SL-75102 can be used as an adjunctive therapy in the management of certain types of seizure disorders.
