Ajisen Ramen is a Japanese ramen restaurant chain that was founded in Kumamoto, Japan in 1968. The chain is known for its tonkotsu (pork bone) ramen, which features a rich and flavorful broth. Ajisen Ramen has expanded internationally and operates numerous locations worldwide.

Ajisen Ramen was established by Takatoshi Mitsumaru in 1968 in Kumamoto, Japan. The restaurant quickly gained popularity for its unique tonkotsu ramen, which is characterized by a milky white broth made from pork bones. The success of the original restaurant led to the opening of additional locations across Japan.
