Dual Spires is the eleventh episode of the fifth season of the American television series Psych. The episode originally aired on December 1, 2010, on the USA Network. It is notable for being a homage to the cult television series Twin Peaks and features several cast members from the original series.

Plot[edit]

The episode begins with Shawn Spencer (played by James Roday Rodriguez) and Burton "Gus" Guster (played by Dulé Hill) receiving an anonymous email inviting them to a cinnamon festival in the small town of Dual Spires. Upon their arrival, they discover the body of a young woman named Paula Merral, who has drowned. Shawn and Gus decide to investigate her death, suspecting foul play.

As they delve deeper into the mystery, they encounter a series of quirky townspeople, many of whom are portrayed by actors from Twin Peaks. The investigation leads them to uncover dark secrets about the town and its inhabitants, ultimately revealing the true circumstances of Paula's death.
