Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center El Paso (TTUHSC El Paso) is a public university located in El Paso, Texas. It is part of the Texas Tech University System and specializes in health sciences education, research, and patient care.

TTUHSC El Paso was established in 2013 as a separate institution from the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock, Texas.
