Hamam is a brand of soap that originated in India. It is one of the oldest soap brands in India and is owned by Unilever, a British-Dutch multinational company. Hamam soap is known for its skin care benefits and is marketed as a natural, herbal soap.

History

Hamam soap was first introduced in the year 1931. The brand was created by the Tata Group, a multinational conglomerate company in India. In 1984, the brand was acquired by Hindustan Unilever, the Indian subsidiary of Unilever.
