Walter Siegmeister (also known as Raymond W. Bernard) was an American author and eccentric health advocate, known for his controversial theories on nutrition, health, and the existence of a hollow earth.

Early Life

Walter Siegmeister was born in the early 20th century. Little is known about his early life and education, but it is known that he developed an interest in alternative medicine and esotericism at a young age.

Career

Siegmeister wrote extensively on a variety of topics, including dietary theory, alternative health, and esoteric philosophy. He often published his works under the pseudonym Raymond W. Bernard, a name he adopted in his later years. His writings were often controversial and outside the mainstream scientific consensus.

Dietary Theory

One of Siegmeister's main areas of interest was dietary theory. He advocated for a raw food diet, believing that cooking food destroyed its nutritional value. He also promoted the idea of fruitarianism, a diet consisting primarily of fruits. His theories were often criticized by mainstream nutritionists for lacking scientific evidence.

Alternative Health

In addition to his dietary theories, Siegmeister also wrote about alternative health practices. He was a proponent of hydrotherapy, the use of water for therapeutic purposes, and naturopathy, a system of treatment that avoids drugs and surgery and emphasizes natural remedies.

Esoteric Philosophy

Siegmeister was also interested in esoteric philosophy and wrote several books on the subject. He believed in the existence of a hollow earth, a theory that suggests the earth is not a solid sphere but is hollow inside. He also wrote about Atlantis, the mythical lost city, and other esoteric topics.

Legacy

Despite his controversial theories, Siegmeister has had a lasting impact on the world of alternative health and esoteric philosophy. His writings continue to be read and discussed by those interested in these fields.
