Leblon Cachaça is produced at the Maison Leblon in Minas Gerais, Brazil. The cachaça is made from freshly pressed sugarcane juice, which is fermented and then distilled in traditional alembic copper pot stills. After distillation, the cachaça is aged in vintage French oak barrels for up to six months, which gives it a distinctive flavor and aroma.
