Sierpc is a town in Poland, located in the Mazovia region. It is the capital of Sierpc County and is situated approximately 125 kilometers northwest of Warsaw, the capital of Poland. The town is known for its rich history, cultural heritage, and agricultural significance.

History

The history of Sierpc dates back to the 11th century when it was a small settlement. It received city rights in 1322 from the Teutonic Knights.
