Far Rockaway is a neighborhood on the Rockaway Peninsula in the New York City borough of Queens. It is the easternmost section of the Rockaways and is bordered by Bayswater to the west, Inwood to the north, and the Atlantic Ocean to the south. Far Rockaway is part of Queens Community Board 14.
