Frank Baldino Jr.' is an American pharmacologist and entrepreneur, best known as the founder and former CEO of Cephalon, a biopharmaceutical company.

Early Life and Education[edit]

Frank Baldino Jr. was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He received his Bachelor's degree in Biology from Rutgers University and his Ph.D. in Pharmacology from the Temple University School of Medicine.

After completing his education, Baldino worked as a senior scientist at DuPont Pharmaceuticals. In 1987, he founded Cephalon, a company focused on the research and development of neurological and sleep disorders.
