Janaki Medical College (pronunciation: ja-na-ki medical college) is a medical school located in Nepal. It was established in the year 2003 and is affiliated with the Tribhuvan University. The college offers both undergraduate and postgraduate courses in medicine and surgery.

Etymology

The name "Janaki" is derived from the name of the Hindu goddess Sita, who is also known as Janaki. The college was named in her honor.

Courses

Janaki Medical College offers a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree, as well as postgraduate degrees in various medical specialties. The college also offers nursing courses under the Bachelor of Nursing program.
