Zara Tindall

Zara Anne Elizabeth Tindall (née Phillips; born 15 May 1981) is a British equestrian and the daughter of Princess Anne and Captain Mark Phillips. She is a member of the British royal family and is known for her accomplishments in the sport of eventing.

Early Life

Zara Tindall was born on 15 May 1981 in London, England, as the daughter of Princess Anne and Captain Mark Phillips. She is the granddaughter of Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh. Zara has an older brother, Peter Phillips.

Equestrian Career

Zara Tindall has had a successful career as an equestrian, specializing in eventing. She has represented Great Britain at the Olympics, World Equestrian Games, and European Championships. In 2006, she won the Eventing World Championship title.

Personal Life

In 2011, Zara Tindall married former England rugby player Mike Tindall. The couple has two daughters, Mia Grace Tindall and Lena Elizabeth Tindall.

Philanthropy

Zara Tindall is involved in various charitable activities and serves as a patron for several organizations supporting equestrian sports and children's welfare.

Recognition

Zara Tindall has received several honors for her contributions to equestrian sports, including being appointed a Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) in 2007.
