West Fallowfield Township is a township in Chester County, Pennsylvania, United States. The township is part of the Philadelphia metropolitan area.

West Fallowfield Township is located in the western part of Chester County. It is bordered by Lancaster County to the west and West Sadsbury Township to the north. The township covers a total area of approximately 18.5 square miles, with a mix of rural landscapes and small residential communities.
