The Southern and Eastern Norway Regional Health Authority (Norwegian: Helse Sør-Øst RHF ) is one of the four regional health authorities in Norway. It is responsible for providing specialist health services to the population of Southern Norway and Eastern Norway. The authority was established in 2007 and is headquartered in Hamar.
