Indirect solar dryers are often used for more delicate products that require gentle drying.

Mixed-Mode Solar Dryers

Mixed-mode solar dryers combine features of both direct and indirect dryers. They use both direct solar radiation and pre-heated air to dry the materials. This type of dryer can offer the advantages of both methods, providing efficient and uniform drying.
