History
Post Holdings was established as a spin-off from Ralcorp Holdings in 2012. The company was created to focus on the branded food business, while Ralcorp continued to operate in the private label sector. Since its inception, Post Holdings has expanded its portfolio through various acquisitions, including the purchase of MOM Brands in 2015 and Weetabix Limited in 2017.
