Pok Pok

History

Andy Ricker opened the first Pok Pok restaurant in 2005 in Portland, Oregon. The restaurant was initially a small take-out spot, but it quickly gained popularity due to its unique and authentic Thai dishes. Over the years, Pok Pok has expanded to multiple locations across the United States, including New York City and Los Angeles.

Cuisine
