PS-341 - A drug used to treat adults with multiple myeloma or mantle cell lymphoma. It is also being studied in the treatment of other types of cancer. PS-341 blocks the action of enzymes called proteasomes, which can help prevent cancer cells from growing and kill them. It's a type of proteasome inhibitor. Also called Bortezomib and Velcade
