The Nova Southeastern College of Osteopathic Medicine (NSU-COM) is a private, non-profit medical school located in Davie, Florida. It is one of the colleges of Nova Southeastern University (NSU). The college was established in 1979 and offers the Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree.

NSU-COM was founded in 1979 as the Southeastern College of Osteopathic Medicine. In 1994, it merged with Nova University to form Nova Southeastern University. The college has grown significantly since its inception and now enrolls over 1,200 students.

The college offers a four-year program leading to the Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree.
