Research[edit]
Research has shown that NCS-382 can block the sedative and memory-impairing effects of GHB, suggesting that these effects are mediated by the GHB receptor. Other studies have shown that NCS-382 can also block the effects of GHB on the release of growth hormone, further supporting the role of the GHB receptor in mediating the effects of this drug.
