The Marginal artery of the colon (also known as the marginal artery of Drummond and arteria marginalis coli) is a continuous arterial circle along the inner border of the colon. It is formed by the anastomosis of the terminal branches of the superior mesenteric artery and the inferior mesenteric artery.
