MacOS Mojave
macOS Mojave is the fifteenth major release of macOS, Apple Inc.'s desktop operating system for Macintosh computers. It was announced at the Apple Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) on June 4, 2018, and was released to the public on September 24, 2018. macOS Mojave succeeded macOS High Sierra and was followed by macOS Catalina.
Features[edit]
macOS Mojave introduced several new features and enhancements:
Dark Mode[edit]
One of the most notable features of macOS Mojave is the introduction of Dark Mode, which provides a dark color scheme that is easier on the eyes, especially in low-light environments. This mode can be enabled system-wide and is supported by many native and third-party applications.
Dynamic Desktop[edit]
Dynamic Desktop is another feature that changes the desktop wallpaper to match the time of day. This feature includes a series of images that transition seamlessly from morning to afternoon to evening.
Stacks[edit]
The Stacks feature helps users organize their desktop by automatically grouping files of the same type into stacks. Users can also group stacks by other criteria such as date and tags.
Finder Enhancements[edit]
The Finder received several enhancements, including a new Gallery View that allows users to browse files visually. The Finder also includes a new sidebar with metadata and quick actions for performing tasks like rotating images and creating PDFs.
Continuity Camera[edit]
Continuity Camera allows users to take a photo or scan a document with their iPhone or iPad and have it appear instantly on their Mac.
Mac App Store Redesign[edit]
The Mac App Store was completely redesigned with a new look and editorial content to help users discover new apps.
Security and Privacy[edit]
macOS Mojave includes enhanced security and privacy features, such as better control over app permissions and improved tracking prevention in Safari.

macOS Mojave is compatible with the following Mac models:
- MacBook (Early 2015 or newer)
