Judy McBurney
Judy McBurney (19 May 1948 – 1 December 2018) was an Australian actress and model, best known for her roles in several popular television series during the 1970s and 1980s.

Judy McBurney was born in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. She began her career as a model before transitioning to acting.
Career[edit]
McBurney's acting career took off when she joined the cast of the popular Australian soap opera Number 96 in the mid-1970s. She played the role of Trixie O'Toole, a character that became quite popular with viewers.
Following her success on Number 96, McBurney joined the cast of another iconic Australian soap opera, The Young Doctors, where she played the role of Nurse Tania Livingston from 1977 to 1982. Her performance in The Young Doctors solidified her status as a household name in Australian television.
In the 1980s, McBurney appeared in the long-running series Prisoner (also known as Prisoner: Cell Block H), where she played the character of Pixie Mason. Her role in Prisoner further showcased her versatility as an actress.
