- Theory-based Methods and Practical Strategies: Choosing theoretical methods and translating them into practical strategies.
- Program Production: Developing an organized program plan.
- Adoption and Implementation Plan: Considering program adoption, implementation, and sustainability.
- Evaluation Plan: Creating an evaluation plan to assess program effectiveness.
