Government Vellore Medical College

Government Vellore Medical College (GVMC) is a prominent medical college and hospital located in Vellore, Tamil Nadu, India. It is affiliated with the Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University and is recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI). History

Government Vellore Medical College was established in the year 2005 with the aim of providing quality medical education and healthcare services. The college was inaugurated by the then Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, J. Jayalalithaa. Since its inception, GVMC has grown to become one of the leading medical institutions in the state.
