Francisco Rivera Ordóñez
Francisco Rivera Ordóñez (born January 3, 1974) is a renowned Spanish bullfighter. He comes from a prominent family of bullfighters and has made significant contributions to the art of bullfighting.
Early Life[edit]
Francisco Rivera Ordóñez was born in Madrid, Spain, into a family with a rich bullfighting heritage. He is the son of the famous bullfighter Paquirri (Francisco Rivera Pérez) and Carmen Ordóñez. His grandfather, Antonio Ordóñez, was also a legendary figure in the world of bullfighting. Francisco's brother, Cayetano Rivera Ordóñez, is also a well-known bullfighter.
Career[edit]
Francisco Rivera Ordóñez began his career in bullfighting at a young age, following in the footsteps of his father and grandfather. He made his debut as a novillero (novice bullfighter) in 1991 and quickly gained recognition for his skill and bravery in the ring. He took his alternativa (ceremony to become a full matador) on April 23, 1995, in Seville, with Espartaco as his godfather and Jesulín de Ubrique as the witness.
Throughout his career, Francisco has performed in numerous bullfighting arenas across Spain and other countries, earning accolades and respect from aficionados and critics alike. He is known for his classical style and technical proficiency.
